Embrace the Spectacular: A September to Remember
August was a month of augmentation, where we laid the groundwork for what is about to unfold. Now, we find ourselves in the midst of September, a month poised to deliver something truly supernatural. Get ready, because this month is about to blow your mind!
Spectacular September: The very name itself resonates with promise and excitement. It’s a time for us to focus on the supernatural, the spectacular, and the truly special. We’re embarking on a journey into uncharted territory, leaving behind the seatbelt of fear that has kept us restrained for far too long.
Imagine yourself as a dignitary, stepping off a plane onto foreign soil. In this metaphorical journey, the Holy Spirit is your trusted tour guide. With the best GPS (God’s Positioning System) ever—divine guidance—there’s no way you can get lost. The Holy Spirit will lead, guard, and guide you every step of the way, just as He’s done for countless others before you.
Spectacular, by definition, means beautiful in a dramatic and eye-catching way. Synonyms for spectacular include extravagant, striking, breathtaking, picturesque, eye-catching, arresting, outstanding, and dazzling. Let these words set the tone for your September. This is your chance to scale up in every aspect of your life.
Remember the story of the twelve spies in Numbers 13. Twelve men were sent to scout the land, but what truly set Caleb apart was his mindset. He declared, “Let’s go at once to take the land.” September is your opportunity to adopt this bold mentality. Don’t wait; seize the month and its boundless possibilities. Caleb wasn’t afraid to venture into the promise land because he knew God was with him. He had a mindset that could conquer giants and accomplish spectacular things.
Sometimes, people will try to frighten you away from your promise land with their negative reports. They’ll tell you it’s impossible or too risky. But ask yourself, who are you listening to? Whose report will you believe? Are you hearing God’s perspective, or are you allowing others to sow doubt in your heart?
In forty years from now, may we reflect back and be able to proudly declare, “This is what I ventured into during Spectacular September 2023, and I have successfully accomplished and realized it.”. We can, with God’s help.
As we journey through this Spectacular September, let’s embrace the supernatural, the spectacular, and the special. May we scale up in every aspect of our lives and prove that, like Caleb, we can conquer giants and achieve the extraordinary.
