This March, our theme has been Momentum—not just moving for movement’s sake, but building momentum rooted in the Word of God. The kind of momentum that doesn’t just carry us forward, but keeps us grounded, focused, and purposeful. The truth is, there is no greater momentum than the Word hidden deep within our hearts. It is not simply a defense against the obvious sins—lying, stealing, or fornication—it is the compass that helps us navigate the subtle and often personal callings of obedience.

What is sin? At its core, sin is anything that disobeys God’s command. The instruction might be personal, like Jonah’s call to Nineveh. You and I could both decline a speaking engagement, but if God told you to go and you refused, your disobedience becomes sin—not because of the act itself, but because of the instruction ignored. Every time we refuse the call, delay our yes, or shrink away from divine assignments, we step out of alignment.

Many of us know what God has asked us to do, yet we sit on the gifts, talents, and dreams He’s placed within us. We’ve let fear, societal structures, past experiences, and even church traditions silence our voices. The result? A life shaped more by the stories we’ve told ourselves than the Word God has spoken over us. But March reminded us it’s time to accelerate.

Women’s Month this year came with a charge—Accelerate Action. We’ve talked long enough. It’s time to move. It’s time to eat that frog, tackle the hard things, and press down on the gas again. If you’ve already taken your foot off the pedal this year, it’s not too late to restart. God is still moving, and He’s still inviting you to co-labor with Him.

Let’s raise our voices—not to dominate, but to participate. Being a leader isn’t just about position; it’s about influence. About 80% of many congregations are women, yet women in decision-making roles in the Church are still under 5%. This isn’t about rebellion—it’s about reflection. What has God entrusted us with? And how are we stewarding it?

We are not here to replace men. We are here to fulfill God’s purpose—together. The work isn’t man’s work. It’s God’s. Just like in Eden, where both man and woman were placed to tend and multiply, we are still called to cultivate, steward, and bring forth fruit.

A seed, no matter how powerful, cannot fulfill its purpose unless it’s planted in the right soil. And soil, no matter how rich, cannot bear fruit without a seed. That’s the power of divine partnership.

So, Beauties, I leave you with this charge:

Pray. Ask God, “What small difference can I make today?”

It could be buying groceries for someone in need, reading to children at the community library, or mentoring a young woman. Don’t criticize what you haven’t contributed to. Instead, invest. Don’t just talk about change. Be it.

Let us gather momentum to accelerate action—for ourselves, for the next generation, for the Kingdom.

The world is waiting for the beauty that lies within you to blossom. As we close out March, I charge you to do something momentous—something that will become a memorial for your generation and generations to come.
