Accerlerate April
This month, our charge is clear: Accelerate Action. After a powerful Momentum March—where we made plans, took bold steps, and evaluated the first quarter—we now shift into a higher gear. Acceleration isn’t about frantic movement; it’s about intentional advancement. It’s time to press forward with clarity, speed, and purpose.
As someone who thinks in seasons, I don’t wait until December to start planning my year. I view each quarter as a gift—a fresh opportunity to recalibrate and respond. Momentum March was about breaking comfort zones. Accelerate April is about expediting what we’ve already begun.
Why Accelerate?
Because life happens. Even books have margins—spaces for the unexpected. Acceleration now is preparation for the “what ifs” later. Coach John Wooden once said: “Be quick, but don’t hurry.” This month, we lean into that wisdom. We’re not rushing in panic, but we are moving with urgency and intentionality. We’re asking God, “What can I do now to steward what You’ve placed in my hands?”
Practical Acceleration Looks Like:
- Had a goal to read 30 minutes a day? Borrow back your scrolling time. Use your commute for audiobooks or take 10 intentional minutes in the morning.
- Trying to grow spiritually? Accelerate by waking up 15 minutes earlier to sit with the Word.
- Need to hit a health goal? Prep your meals ahead so you don’t make last-minute decisions that derail you.
Acceleration is simply intentionality multiplied by momentum.
Heaven Responds to Acceleration
When the talents were given in Scripture, the wise servants invested immediately. There was no delay, no procrastination. There was movement. When God sees you faithfully stewarding time and resources, He can trust you with more.
And yes—God will ask you to do things you’ve never done before. Why? Because He’s preparing you for impact.
Let’s Not Be Like the Five Foolish Virgins
They waited too long. They didn’t prepare. They missed the moment.
Acceleration is about having extra—extra oil, extra preparation, extra space in your schedule for divine assignments.
The first quarter is gone. But the story isn’t over. Now is the time to refocus, realign, and RUN. Let’s not wait until December to wonder what could have been. Let’s Accelerate April—with vision, with strategy, and with faith.
